Ajay, an adept in Human Resource and People Development, is lauded for spearheading dynamic practices in alignment with business objectives. Renowned as a Leader, Coach, and trusted advisor, he boasts a track record of catalyzing change across prominent organizations and industries.
With over 23 years in HR, his expertise is instrumental in driving growth and fostering leadership excellence.
Prior to Cleantech Solar, he was associated with EPL Limited as a Vice President- Human Capital (Talent & Leadership). In this role, he was responsible for providing strategic and tactical impetus to People Development, Talent Management, acquisition and Leadership evolution for Organization’s Human Capital across the globe. Provide strategic thrust to key employee experience projects.
His earlier stints include working with SD Corporation P.Ltd (Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd – Group Venture), Legrand (India), UltraTech Cement, Agility Logistics, and Pidilite Industries.
His career commenced at Jet Airways as an Airport Operations Executive, where he applied his pre-MBA expertise in customer service and management from Bangalore Airport.
He earned his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and obtained a Bachelor of Hotel Administration (BHM) from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal.
