RupeeRedee appoints Prerna Arora as HR Head

RupeeRedee, a digital lending platform, has recently appointed Prerna Arora as Human Resources Head.

In her new role, She will oversee every aspect of RupeeRedee’s human resource strategy, which encompasses conflict resolution and grievance management.

At RupeeRedee, her focus will be on driving organizational success by harnessing global human resources expertise. 

On her appointment, she said, “I’m proud to be a part of the rapidly expanding fintech industry, and I believe that my skills and expertise will contribute significantly to its growth at RupeeRedee .”

“I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ajay Chaurasia and Roman Aznabaev for believing in me and giving me this opportunity”, she added.

Prerna has nearly 15 years of experience in the HR domain. Her mission is to empower teams through dynamic HR leadership, fostering a culture of growth and efficiency.

Prior to RupeeRedee, she was associated with FincFriends as Head- Human Resources. Her earlier stints include working with Unlimint, Ally, Ebaco Sports, Directi, and Kumudam Publications Private Limited.

She holds her Master in Business Administration (MBA, Human Resources Management, and Financial Management) from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut, and completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
