Tata Trusts established Tata Cancer Care Foundation (TCCF) has appointed Santosh Singh as Head – Human Resources
Before joining, Tata Cancer Care Foundation, Santosh was associated with Narayana Health for 7 years, most recently as DGM- Human Resources.
He has over 20 years of experience in diverse industries, such as pharmaceuticals, power, luggage, and healthcare. Moreover, he is a seasoned HR leader who can drive growth and transformation in any organization.
His core competencies include HR strategy development and execution, talent acquisition and retention, organization development and change management, industrial relations and compliance management, and employee engagement and motivation.
Prior to Narayana Health, he was associated with Safari Industries as Sr. Manager – HR & Admin and his earlier stints include working with Emco Ltd, Molekule India, Cipla, and Wanbury Ltd.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and completed his Bachelor of Laws – LLB from Mumbai University Mumbai.
