Alike appoints Sunniel Buttan as Vice President – Group HR

A social travel marketplace, Alike has appointed Sunniel Buttan as Vice President – Group HR.

In new role, he will manage global HR operations, spearheading initiatives to strengthen relationships, improve employee learning and development, and streamline people operations.

He is a senior HR professional with delivery achievements both in generalist and centers of excellence key positions for talent and performance management, Strategic HR, M&A, employee relations, resourcing & workforce planning, HR Consulting, HR Transformation, Compensation & Benefits, and HR operations.

Sunniel has worked across a spectrum of services within professional services, F&B/Retail, and IT Industry with the ability to execute both strategically and hands-on as required.

Before Alike, he was associated with TCG Digital as Associate Director HR – Global Operations.

His earlier stints include working with K Hospitality Corp, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, EY, and Andersen.

He holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Alike is a social travel marketplace revolutionizing travel by enabling users to share, discover, plan, and book experiences, connecting global travelers with travel content creators for mutual benefit.
