Prodapt appoints Manish Vyas as Managing Director & CEO

In a significant leadership transition, Prodapt, a recognized leader in the Communication, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry, has appointed Manish Vyas as its Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Manish steps into this role with a wealth of experience, having spent over 23 years at Tech Mahindra, a global technology services company.

Manish Vyas joined Prodapt earlier this year as an Executive Director. His impressive track record includes successfully building and scaling businesses in the CMT sector.

As a seasoned executive, he brings strategic insights and a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics.

Prodapt’s Strong Foundation

Vedant Jhaver, Founder and Chairman of Prodapt, expressed his enthusiasm about Manish’s appointment: “The Board is delighted to announce Manish Vyas as CEO and MD of Prodapt. Manish steps into a strong Prodapt platform—a recognized leader in the CMT space.”

Vedant has taken the opportunity to acknowledge the outgoing CEO, Harsha Kumar, who has led Prodapt for the past eight years. “I want to thank Harsha for his exceptional leadership,” Vedant said.

“Under his guidance, Prodapt achieved significant milestones. Harsha will transition to an advisory role, continuing to support the Board.”
