Casagrand Builder Private Limited, a leading real estate company, has announced the elevation of Hemant Kumar Ravi as Senior Vice President & Group Head of Human Resources, Administration & Information Technology.
In this elevated role, Hemant will oversee the strategic management of human capital across the organization. He will be ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
In November, last year, Hemant Kumar joined the organization as Senior Vice President & Group HR Head, now more responsibilities have been added.
With a career spanning over 17 years in the field of Human Resources, Hemant has a proven track record. He holds expertise in driving excellence in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and shaping organizational culture.
Expanded Responsibilities at Casagrand
On his appointment, Hemant Kumar said on social media, “I’m elated, excited, and feeling proud to share that I’m elevated to a new position as Senior Vice President & Group Head of Human Resources, Administration & Information Technology at Casagrand Builder Private Limited!”
Hemant expressed gratitude to the leadership team for entrusting him with these critical responsibilities. His elevation reflects the organization’s commitment to nurturing talent and driving excellence.
In his new role, he will be shouldering the following additional responsibilities:
- Administration: Hemant will also lead the administration function. He will be overseeing a team of 15 professionals responsible for efficient operations and facility management.
- Information Technology: Additionally, he will spearhead the Information Technology division, managing both infrastructure and applications. His purview extends to a team of 25 IT experts across the Casagrand Group of Companies, spanning pan India.

Background & Expertise
Prior to Casagrand Builder Private Limited, he was associated with Kantar as Director and Head Of Human Resources.
His earlier stints include working with AB InBev, Accenture, Randstad India, Wipro Technologies, Reliance Industries Limited, Reliance Energy Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
He holds his Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Human Resources/ Information Technology from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
