Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited has appointed Tanvi Choksi as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 6, 2025.

Tanvi brings with her a wealth of experience in human resources management. Her proven track record makes her a valuable addition to the company’s leadership team.

Tanvi holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Services from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (Finance) from Mumbai University.

Her extensive educational background and professional journey have equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in her new role at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited.

Vision for the Future

In her new role as CHRO, Tanvi is expected to play a crucial role. She will align the company’s talent strategies with its growth objectives.

Her focus on attracting top-tier talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion will be instrumental in achieving Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited’s goals.

Tanvi Choksi has over 20 years of experience in various facets of human resources.

Her expertise includes organizational design and development, talent management, leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, and HR transformation.

She has worked with renowned organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Tata Motors, Monsanto, and JLL, where she led the People Strategy for the APAC region.
