She began her professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an HR executive in 2004.
Over the years, she has held key HR roles at prominent organizations such as Ericsson, Axtria, and BigCash.
Vijayeta Kumar’s career trajectory is marked by significant accomplishments across various esteemed organizations.
At Ericsson India Global Services, she took on the role of Senior Manager-Human Resources.
In this position, she oversaw leadership talent planning, performance management, and conducted employee engagement surveys.
Her expertise further expanded at Axtria-Ingenious Insights, where she served as Director-HR for India.
In this role, she managed HR functions, implemented employee engagement frameworks, and aligned HR strategies with business goals.
