Hiring Trends at Infosys and Glimpse of Q3FY25

In the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, Infosys added over 2,456 new employees, bringing its total headcount to 323,379.

The company plans to hire around 15,000-20,000 freshers in FY25 following a year of hiring slump.

However, the attrition rate increased to 13.7% in Q3 FY25 from 12.9% in Q2 FY25.

Despite these challenges, Infosys reported a consolidated net profit of ₹6,806 crore, marking an 11.4% year-on-year increase, and revenue from operations stood at ₹41,764 crore, reflecting a 7.6% YoY growth.
