Routematic Appoints Chidananda Murthy as VP People and Culture

Routematic, a leading provider of corporate mobility solutions, has announced the appointment of Chidananda Murthy as its Vice President of People and Culture.

Kavitha Ramachandragowda, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Routematic, welcomed Chidananda to the team.

Chidananda Murthy’s Professional Journey

Chidananda Murthy is a seasoned HR leader with a career spanning more than 20 years.

Before joining Routematic, he served as the Head of HR for Walmart Global Sourcing across India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

In this role, he spearheaded initiatives such as business expansion, talent retention programs, succession planning, and regional HR operations.

His expertise includes leadership development, workforce transformation, and post-merger integrations.

He honed these skills through impactful roles at Nokia Networks, IBM, Oracle, and Huawei.

Chidananda’s diverse experience equips him with the skills needed to navigate complex organizational challenges and drive sustainable growth.

His track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives makes him a valuable addition to Routematic’s leadership team.
