Mridul Chandra’s Professional Journey
CHRO Mridul Chandra’s career spans three decades, during which he has led HR transformation initiatives, diversity and inclusion (DEI) programs, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) integrations.
His previous roles include:
- Tata Communications: Designed global HR strategies, aligning people practices with evolving business priorities.
- Colt Technology Services: Led HR transformation efforts, focusing on organizational agility and talent management.
- EY and Wipro: Managed leadership development programs, ensuring workforce readiness for future challenges.
- Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL): Contributed to HR digitization and operational efficiency.
Mridul earned a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, equipping him with specialized expertise in workforce strategies.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, strengthening his analytical and problem-solving skills.
