Background and Experience

Tulanahinaa brings over two decades of expertise in the Banking and Financial Services sector, having held senior HR leadership positions at YES BANK, Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, IndusInd Bank, and Religare.

Her tenure at Standard Chartered Bank saw her leading talent acquisition, employee experience frameworks, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

She has also served as an Independent Director at Instassure Insurance Solutions and holds the position of National President for the Finance Council at WICCI, showcasing her ability to drive impactful HR strategies beyond the corporate landscape.

Tulanahinaa studied at Leeds Business School, UK, and Northwest University, gaining extensive academic expertise.
