Kenvue, a global consumer health company, has announced the appointment of Shilpi Singh as the Head of People for its India business.
With her extensive experience in driving impactful HR strategies across industries, Shilpi is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Kenvue’s talent agenda and nurturing an inclusive workplace culture in the region.
Extensive Global and Cross-Sector Experience
Shilpi Singh brings with her a rich 2 decades of diverse career across fast-paced and high-growth sectors, including insurance, banking, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
She has successfully led large and high-impact portfolios in talent acquisition, business partnering, and talent management in India, Southeast Asia, and the UK.
Known for creating winning talent strategies and partnering with business leaders, she is passionate about unlocking the potential of diverse workforces and building inclusive organizational cultures.
Before joining Kenvue, Shilpi served as Director – People Experience at Pfizer, where she led the people agenda for its India Commercial Business, a ~USD 400 million portfolio.
She worked closely as a trusted business partner to the Country CEO and India Leadership team, reporting directly to the Global President of Emerging Markets.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles with Diageo, Citibank, TATA AIA Insurance, and Shaw Wallace Distilleries Ltd.
Passion for Coaching and People Development
Beyond her corporate leadership, Shilpi is deeply committed to coaching and people development. She actively hones her coaching skills and is open to supporting individuals who seek guidance in their professional journey.
Shilpi holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Pune University.
