Delhivery, India’s largest tech-driven logistics organization, appoints Vikas Singh Songara as Senior Director – Human Resources.
In his new role, Vikas will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations for the entire West Region across all the miles, driving strategic initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement for one of the fastest-growing sectors in India.
Extensive Background & Experience
Vikas brings with him a rich professional background, spanning more than 16 years in Human Resources. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in shaping HR strategies, workforce planning, and organization development across diverse industries.
Before joining Delhivery, Vikas held leadership roles at some of the most respected organizations, including Amazon, Flipkart, Indus Tower Ltd., Transsion India, and Sterlite etc.
His journey reflects his expertise in building people-centric frameworks, enhancing workplace culture, and aligning HR with business goals in large, complex organizations.
At Delhivery, his mandate will be crucial in supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence in the West Region, a hub of significant logistics activity.
Vikas’s strong academic foundation complements his vast corporate experience. He holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru.
Additionally, he earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Shree Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science, Indore.
This blend of technical and management education equips him with a holistic perspective, enabling him to bridge business and people strategies effectively.
