Sterlite Power appoints an ex-Reliance Capital Head -HR, Swaminathan Subramanian as Group CHRO
Sterlite Power appoints Swaminathan Subramanian as the group CHRO effective 01 July. Prior to this, Swaminathan was working as President and Chief People Officer with Reliance Capital Ltd.
In his new role, he leads the human resources function as the group CHRO and reports to Pratik Agarwal, Managing Director of Sterlite Power.

As an HR leader, Swaminathan has over 22 years of experience spanning Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions, HR Governance, Compensation & Benefits with in-depth exposure in Asia, Africa, and Middle East markets. Country Leadership team member in MNCs and Indian Business Houses.
Previously, he also worked with companies like Accenture, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Subramanian is a University Gold Medalist, done Bachelors’s in Construction Engineering Technology from Jadavpur University and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
