Cadila Pharmaceuticals Chief Human Resources Officer Dr. Sunil Singh has stepped down
Dr. Sunil Singh has resigned from Cadila Pharmaceuticals as CHRO after a two-year stint. He had joined the company in Aug 2018 and revamped the HR organization structure and developed a comprehensive HR Transformation road map.
Prior to Cadila, Sunil has worked with Reliance Industries Limited as Vice President –Human Resources (Head-Leadership Academy). He joined Reliance Industries in 2012 as Head of Talent Management – E&P. And after one year, He was handed the mandate to lead the Leadership Academy at RIL. The role required him to define and execute the approach to the development of executive education and core leadership capability, within RIL.
Previously Sunil Singh has also worked with companies, such as Mineral Exploration Corporation, Sasken Communication, Gulf Oil, and Punj Lloyd.
As the next innings, Sunil starts a Consulting firm along with a few renowned thought leaders, industry experts, and academicians.
Sunil is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), he also holds a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour (OB) and HR from IIM-Bangalore.
