OpSec Security appoints ex-Tech Mahindra exec as CHRO

OpSec Security, Inc. announced the appointment of Riya Sood as Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently prior to this, Riya has worked with Tech Mahindra as HR Director- US, and earlier HR Director- Middle East & Africa.

Riya is a strategic Human Resources leader with broad generalist experience in Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries (Technology, Services, Consulting, Energy, Financial) with a strong focus on service delivery and people leadership. Adept at managing critical HR initiatives in complex, matrix organizations.

She led M&A activities both acquisitions and divestitures; driven major objectives including post-merger organizational integration; employee engagement; change management; transformation, innovation. She has successfully conceptualized and implemented effective talent management programs to accelerate leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and retention of key talent.

Riya has extensive global experience in Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Americas; having lived and worked in India, Singapore, Dubai, and USA.
