Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort names Kuljit Singh as Director-HR

Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, managed by Shanti Hospitality Management Services, recently announced the joining of Kuljit Singh as the Director of Human Resources.

He joins the company with an experience of 17+ years excelling in the fields of Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Staffing and Training and the likes.

In his new role, Singh will be looking after the overall culture, wellness, and related HR functions of Hyatt’s first mountain resort in India. In his previous tenure, he was associated with Mariott Hotels as the multi-property director of HR, overseeing the entire gamut of HR functions at Renaissance & Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow.

Born and raised in Dharamshala, Singh holds a Post-Graduation Degree in Commerce from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla & Master of Finance from Kurukshetra University. He began his career in 2003 at Hotel Maya Inns Ltd., Jalandhar Punjab.

He was also associated with Amanresorts, Hilton Jaipur and worked with numerous hotels within the Marriott portfolio like Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, Westin Gurgaon, Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa.
