Capgemini ropes in a new Head- Talent Acquisition from Wipro

IT Major, Capgemini appoints Sonal Bhardwaj as Head – Talent Acquisition, Financial Services, London, England, United Kingdom. Earlier she was working with Wipro for more than 15 years.

Capgemini Financial Services UK deals exclusively with clients in the financial services sector, helping them to realise the potential of IT.

Sonal comes with over 16 years of hiring experience in the IT Industry. At Wipro, in her most recent role as Head- Talent Acquisition, Europe she was responsible for building recruitment roadmaps and overall talent strategy along with Business Leadership. Here she managed a 25 member continent-wide diverse team focusing on skill-based recruitment delivery.

Before joining Wipro, Sonal was working as HR Executive at Sterlite Industries, where she was a graduate hire in the Human Resources division and was deputed at an aluminium foil manufacturing unit in Kolkata.

Her expertise includes building talent strategy with a business partnership, lead large hiring assignments with global teams, drive operational excellence, work with C-level executives, and provide thought leadership for the overall function.
 
Sonal holds PGDPM in Industrial Relations and HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service and BCom from Sarojini Naidu College.
