Biocon Biologics appoints Naveen Narayanan as Chief HR Officer

Biocon Biologics, a unit of biotechnology major Biocon has announced the appointment of Naveen Narayanan as Chief Human Resources Officer.

In his new role, Naveen will be responsible for the entire gamut of People and Culture globally.

Prior to joining Biocon, Naveen was associated with KPISOFT, which is a leading global AI-based Continuous Performance Platform as MD – Human Capital Consulting, Solutions & Transformation for close to 3 years.

Announcing his appointment on LinkedIn, the company said, “We are happy to welcome Naveen Narayanan as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Biocon Biologics. He is an experienced professional who brings a rich understanding of global Human Capital Strategy to assist businesses with the challenging task of navigating the digital economy,”

“He is also recognized as a thought-leader across Human Capital domains, as varied as global talent management, digital thinking, workplace diversity, and international development. We look forward to his valuable contributions to the company.” It said.

Naveen is a senior HR leader, he has over two decades of experience in Human Resources and has worked across sectors in various HR roles in leadership positions.

Previously, he has been associated with companies like Publicis.Sapient, Arrow Group Global, HCL Technologies Accenture, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Naveen holds Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IHM Mumbai and also completed an executive MBA in strategic management, from IIM Calcutta.
