Yellow.ai appoints Neeru Mehta as CHRO

Yellow.ai, a leading Conversational CX Platform (Formerly known as Yellow Messenger) today announced the appointment of Neeru Mehta as its first Chief Human Resource Officer.

In her new role, Neeru will be responsible for strengthening employer branding strategy and people culture at Yellow.ai. She comes with over two decades of experience across diverse roles including Human Resources, Consulting, Project Management, and philanthropy.

Prior to joining Yellow.ai, Neeru was working as Senior Vice President, Global Head – Organisation Effectiveness for Global Logic, a Hitachi Group Company. She also led the CSR initiatives at GlobalLogic. Earlier, she has also been associated in senior leadership roles at HCL Technologies and Birlasoft.

Commenting on the development, Raghu Ravinutala, CEO and Co-founder, Yellow.ai, said, “We’re delighted to have Neeru on-board as our first ever CHRO.  As we scale rapidly across markets, our key priority is to build a future-ready organization that can navigate the opportunities and challenges of the conversational AI landscape,”
