TCS invites job applications for Digital Hiring Program, details to register

India’s largest IT services provider company TCS invites job applications for the “Off-Campus Digital Hiring” program from the engineering graduates, year of passing 2019, 2020 & 2021 with 6 to 12 months, IT work experience. 

The company said on its advertisement page, “Your career deserves limitless growth and extraordinary possibilities. That is what we’re offering you through TCS Off-Campus Digital Hiring, an opportunity for engineering graduates from the Year of Passing (YoP) 2019, 2020, and 2021 with 6 to 12 months, of IT, work experience. 

The streams TCS is hiring for B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA/  M.Sc from Year of Passing – 2019, 2020 & 2021, with 6 to 12 months, IT work experience

The company is offering Digital Salary Package: 7.0 LPA (UG) & 7.3 LPA (PG)

How to Register

Step 1. Register and complete the application form on the TCS NextStep portal. The status of your application should be ‘Application Received’ and above. Keep your CT/DT ID handy and update the same on the link provided in step 2.

Scenario A: In case you already have CT/DT ID, kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal (click here) and complete the application form.

Scenario B: If you are a new user, kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal (click here). Click on “Register Now”, choose the category “IT”,  proceed to fill in your details, and submit your application form.

Step 2. Click here to apply for the Digital drive.

Last date to register

All the qualified candidates and job aspirants can Click on the career page to apply. The last date to register is 25th February 2022.

TCS added 28,238 people in the q3, December 2021 ending quarter, a mix of fresh engineering graduates and lateral hires with a consolidated headcount of 556,986 globally with more than 200,000 women which made up 36% of its workforce.

However, the company’s attrition rose to 15.3% from 11.9% in the second quarter but it was still below the industry levels.

Milind Lakkad, executive vice president and chief human resources officer, said he expects the attrition levels to flatten out in the coming days. TCS promoted 110,000 people in the last nine months of the fiscal and will promote another 40,000 in the fourth quarter.

Commenting on Return to Office plan he said, “In our last call, I had mentioned that we were preparing for a return to office for most of our employees by the start of this new year. As you all know, because of the current pandemic situation, we have temporarily put that plan on hold, and we will recalibrate our timelines,”

“We will be closely monitoring the evolving situation on the ground across our different locations before announcing our new return to work plans.” he said
