Lingerie retailer, Zivame, has announced the appointment of Rishu Garg as its Chief People Officer, the company said in a statement.
In this role, Rishu will be responsible for the entire gamut of human resources and will further build the company’s people practices, and shoulder the responsibility of enhancing people experience. She will lead key talent recruitment, development, and retention.

She comes with a vast experience of over 15 years. Prior to joining Zivame, she was associated with Rivigo as CHRO where she was leading people strategy, growth, and achievement of business plans.
Previously, she has also worked with organisations such as G4S, EPL and Essar in the past.
She is an alumnus of SCMHRD, Pune.
