Lithium Urban Technologies, India’s first zero-emission transport services company appoints Shammy Joseph as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Shammy Joseph has over 30 years of exemplary progressive experience in HR Strategy, Leadership, Coaching, and establishing frameworks and policies at the organizational level across domains.
Before joining Lithium Urban Technologies, Shammy was associated with ACG World as a VP Global Resourcing & Employer Brand, and earlier, he has worked with Vodafone in 2002.
As an HR professional, Shammy had the good fortune of partnering with functions to ideate, implement key transformational policies to hire, retain and engage the best talent and provide leadership to build from scratch cultures to ensure career development, growth, and retention.
Shammy brings along a blend of HR strategist and leadership capacities with a broad base of experience that helps create value for his company.
He has professional industrial exposure in Telecommunications, IT, FMCG, and Consumer goods. Previously, he has been associated with organizations such as Internet Resources India Pvt Ltd, Birla Global Finance Ltd, Real Value Appliances, and Vadilal Enterprises.
Shammy earned Master of Business Administration from Symbiosis International University and did his bachelor’s from Osmania University.
