Page industries appoints Ravi kumar as Chief People Officer

Page Industries, an Indian manufacturer and retailer of innerwear and the licensee of Jockey International in India has appointed Ravi Kumar as chief people officer.

In this role, Ravi will lead the HR function for the entire organization which employs about 29,000 people including staff working in the factories.

Ravi has more than two decades of experience in human resources. Prior to Page industries, Ravi was associated with Roche Diabetes Care Global Commercial Organisation as People & Culture Senior Leader, India Middle East, and Africa.

Ravi joined Roche Diagnostics in 2006 and has been associated with Roche Group for over 15 years, serving in various roles in different businesses for the Group.

Ravi is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Sciences, he earned his post-graduate diploma in HR in 1996, and after that, he started his career with Larsen & Toubro Limited as Sr. Executive – HR, then moved to Saint-Gobain before joining Roche Diagnostics.
