Omega Seiki Mobility appoints Nida Khanam as CHRO

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), part of the Anglian Omega Group, has announced the key appointments in the leadership role.

The announcements come at a time when the company is gearing up for the next level of growth and aims to become the World’s largest selling electric three-wheeler manufacturer.

Nida Khanam is appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and Vivek Dhawan as the Director for Sales, Marketing, and Service.

In this role, Nida Khanam will focus on strengthening the organizational culture and HR practices in the company with the objective of building Omega Seiki Mobility as an employer of choice.

Nida Khanam said on her appointment, “The vibrant and passionate people at OSM have been at the heart of the company’s success and I plan to build on that with people-centric practices and value-based transformation.”

“Step one will be aligning and building the human resources function & team to support the overall business goals and Vision of OSM. I shall be working closely with the Chairman to bring a transformational change in the people’s processes & practices, building people’s capabilities, engaging & retaining talent”, She added

Nida further said, “My vision would be to make OSM a company of people’s choice & Great place to Work for!  I strongly believe organizations do make strategies but you can only bet on People to execute those strategies. Having Vision is quite easy but to sustain the growth you have to have Great culture & values.”

She is an alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). Nida has nearly two decades of HR leadership and transformation experience. She has been with organizations such as International Coach Federation, JSL, Grohe, and Rockwell Automation.

In the role, Vivek Dhawan is spearheading OSM’s growing sales and service network. Under his leadership, the company aims to expand to 400 touchpoints by March 2023 & create OSM as Super-Brand.

Vivek comes with nearly three decades of experience. He has been associated with organizations including CG Power, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Panasonic India, and Exicom. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
