EY elevates Nidhi as Global Talent Leader – EY Client Technology

The leading global professional services organization, Ernst & Young (EY) has announced the appointment of Nidhi Jain as Global Talent Leader – EY Client Technology.

Most recently, Nidhi was working as Director – India Corporate HR Leader with Ernst & Young. As a Director and Head of Corporate HR at Ernst & Young, she has worked with India Leadership to define and deploy the company’s People Strategy for over 26k people across all businesses (Advisory, Technology Consulting, Tax, Assurance, Strategy, and Transactions) of EY.

Nidhi has proven expertise in Organisation Development and Design, Culture and Change, DE&I, Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition, Performance and Rewards, Building High Performing Teams, Creating exceptional Employee Experiences, Business Partnering, Talent Analytics, and People Policies.

She has led India on the Global integration agenda and actively partnered with Region and Global teams on organization-wide strategic priorities.

Nidhi Jain, Global Talent Leader – EY Client Technology said, “I am pleased to share that I have taken over as the Global Talent Leader for EY Client Technology (CT), responsible for leading the Talent priorities for CT, globally. Our Client Technology vision is to be a high-performing technology team reimagining the platform for business to build a better working world.”

“Client Technology is at the center of connecting EY’s ecosystem of technologists — creating distinctive products, platforms, solutions, and careers to deliver long-term value and accelerate transformation for both EY and our clients”, Nidhi Jain added.

“It’s a privilege and honor to work with EY’s Global and CT Leadership team Mary Elizabeth Porray, Bin Wolfe, and Amanda Gethin in creating and deploying Talent strategies for CT across locations in US, UK, India, Poland, Argentina, Mexico, amongst others and across our Regional Technology Hubs in multiple geographies”, Nidhi Jain said.

She further said, “A huge thanks to EY India for truly transforming my career – the 17 years have been no less than an inspiring evolution.”

Nidhi is a seasoned HR leader with 20 years of experience in diverse areas of Human Resources across Sectors. Previously, she was associated with Nestle India and Asian Paints.

Nidhi holds Masters’s Degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University.
