Interarch Building Products appoints Subhransu Mohanty as VP-HR

Pioneered the high-end metal interior products market in India, Interarch Building Products has announced the appointment of Subhransu Mohanty as Vice President- Human Resources.

Subhransu Mohanty has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President- Human Resources at Interarch Building Products!”

Subhransu is a strategic HR with over 26 years of rich & extensive experience in leading HR Business Process Design & Implementation, Strategic HR Operations, Networking, Client Servicing, People Management, and Audits & Compliance while working with reputed organizations.

He has effectively managed competing priorities & projects across his career entailing the creation and set-up of new HR processes & automation solution offerings in partnership with BU Leaders /Technical Teams & Other Stakeholders.

Subhransu possesses sound business acumen and expertise in developing, recommending & implementing HR strategies; collaborating for effective business delivery, ensuring proper staffing, and developing & conducting tailor-made training programs on Leadership Development and Business Excellence for all levels.

Subhransu has a proven track record of delivering high-impact decisions to transform & build a technology-driven company that can overcome complex business challenges and sustains top & bottom-line growth through systematized processes & procedures.

He is experienced in integrated talent management with skills in recruitment (competency mapping) along with other HR-related functions; grievance redressal, compensation, reward management, disciplinary issues & so on.

Subhransu joins Interarch Building Products from Everest Industries Limited. He was working with the organization as Head of Human Resources for over 9 years.

Previously, Subhransu was associated with Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited as General Manager – Corporate HR. His earlier career stints include Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd., TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, and RSB TRANSMISSIONS (I) LTD.

Subhransu holds his Post Graduate Diploma in P & IR, Human Resources from Sambalpur University.
