Biz2X plans to hire 250 employees by 2023

A Digital Lending SaaS platform, Biz2X (a subsidiary of Biz2Credit in India) is planning to hire 250 people by 2023.

The company will hire employees in the personnel in middle management roles. Biz2X will be hiring in domains such as data science, product development and management, and front-end and back-end operations among others.

Biz2X has either hired or is planning to hire from includes IIT Roorkee, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, NIT Delhi, Kurusksetra, Jaypee Institute of Technology, Maharaja Agrasen College, NSUT, Hansraj, Indraprastha University, Jamia Milia Islamia among many others.

Biz2X recruited 220 people in 2022. The hiring was across its India office and the hiring had 30 contractual staff members.

Anupama Garg, CHRO & Senior Vice president, Biz2credit said, “We are looking at hiring bright and talented freshers from Campuses across the country, as well as people from coveted organisations.”

“Our predominant focus is to attract and retain the right talent keeping in perspective the massive layoffs that are currently happening in the start-up ecosystem”, Anupama Garg added.

The Biz2X Platform is the natural outgrowth of Biz2Credit’s established platform software that brands like HSBC and Popular Bank have chosen to launch new online lending initiatives.

With enhanced loan management, servicing, risk analytics, and a configurable customer journey, Biz2X is helping banks like these run their lending operations at scale.

Biz2X uses a streamlined user interface, AI-driven analytics, and a customizable white-label environment to help banks enhance their core services such as offering focused customer service, growing their portfolio, and increasing the use of their different products.
