TATA Projects to hire 400 freshers

According to ET, One of the fastest-growing and most admired Technology led Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company in India, Tata Projects will hire about 400 fresh graduates in 2022-23.

The company is increasing its intake from the country’s top engineering colleges by more than three times this year. Chief Human Resource Officer, Ganesh Chandan said that of the total hiring 255 will be engineers from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the National Institutes of Technology (NITs).

The rest diploma holders will be from the government polytechnic colleges. Most of the campus hires are from mechanical, electrical, and civil branches.

Chief Human Resource Officer, Ganesh Chandan said that the company pays around 17 Lakh per annum to fresh engineers from the leading colleges.

The company hires from the top engineering colleges the hiring is over 3 times every year. The hiring of women intake is about 25%. Every year, the hiring of women increases in the company.
