Dalmia Biz appoints Nitin Khindria as CHRO

A Dalmia group company, Dalmia Biz has announced the appointment of Nitin Khindria as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this new role, Nitin Khindria will be responsible for creating a purpose-driven organization and developing and executing HR strategies. He will be based out of Delhi-NCR. He will be reporting to the Chairman of Dalmia Biz Sanjay Dalmia.

Nitin is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in Corporate and Manufacturing plants with 15000 + manpower to ensure learning, growth, and sustainability. He has led a team of 70 direct and indirect team members. He has rich experience in handling people issues in multiple units and locations.

Prior to Dalmia Biz, Nitin was associated with Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa as GM-HR. Earlier, he was working with NAHAR INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES LIMITED as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources.

Previously, Nitin was associated with International tractors limited as DGM HR. In this role, he was responsible for Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, PMS, LMS, T&D, HR Policies, Employee Engagement, and Brand Development.

Before this Nitin was associated with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as Manager of Capability Building – Pan India. In this role, he was responsible for Functional and Sales training for the M&M sales and customer care team.

Nitin has worked with Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd., FICCI, Ministry of Defence of India, and the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Nitin is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He holds his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), HR & Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. He completed his graduation from Delhi University.
