Sunshine Teahouse Private Limited known as Chaayos has announced the appointment of Akash Chauhan as Head- Human Resources.
Akash has nearly 15 years in the HR domain. He joins chaayos from cure.fit where he was Head of HR.
Previously, Akash was associated with Urban Ladder as Vice President – Head of HR, Last Mile Delivery Operation, and Customer Success. His association with the organization was for over 7 years which he held various leadership roles within the organization.
Earlier, Akash was working with Infosys BPO as Lead – Campus Relations. In this role, he was responsible for campus relations of G/B/E schools.
He started his career working with the organization as Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition. In this role, he was responsible for Entry level hiring, vendor management, Talent pocket identification, and development
Akash is an alumnus of International Management Institute – IMI. He completed his bachelor’s from Ramjas College, Delhi University (DU).
