One of the world’s leading providers of gaming solutions, Aristocrat appoints Anita Bhatia as Director – People & Culture, Business Partner.
Anita is an HR Leader with over 17 years of experience in the HR domain. She has expertise in Business Partnering, Organization Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, Diversity, Inclusion & HR Lead Roles in BFSI and IT/ITES Sectors.
Prior to Aristocrat, Anita was associated with ET Money as HR Head. And earlier, she worked with organizations like British Telecom, American Express, and Amdocs. Anita has been in HR lead roles which include partnering with Regional and Global business leaders at the CXO level on strategic and operational HR areas.
She has demonstrated success in managing the HR function across diverse businesses in varying life stages. In stints with British Telecom and American Express, Anita has worked as a Human Resource Business Partner in evolving leadership and human resource focus by partnering seamlessly with leaders across the globe.
She has led Diversity & Inclusion Charter for BT across locations in India.
Anita started her career working with Polaris Software as Assistant Manager – Human Resources. She holds her master’s in business administration in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development.
