The Fintech Program

Axis Bank’s School of Fintech is the first-ever job-assured program equipping technology graduates with future-enabled skills to build a start-up career within the financial services space.

The curious, transformation-oriented minds are trained in end-to-end application development using open-source Java-based frameworks such as Spring Boot and Micro-services.

The online curriculum is taught using a flipped classroom model which includes live projects and case studies.

PBRM Programme

The Priority Banking programme is an initiative by Axis Bank, in collaboration with NIIT IFBI, to give prime talent an assured head start in their banking career and nurture them into next-generation bankers for the Priority Banking Division of Axis Bank.

Virtual Sales and Relationship Management Program

The Axis Bank Virtual Sales and Relationship Management Program, in collaboration with NIIT helps the talent build a well-defined career growth path in the Sales and Relationship Management domain of the Axis Virtual Center. This is an outcome-focused 4-month training program, and is a mix of virtual Instructor-led mode training and on-the-job training at an Axis Bank branch.

Students have been conferred a Certificate in Virtual Sales and Relationship Management, from NIIT – IFBI along with an opportunity to join Axis Bank post-successful completion of the program.
