TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring for Batch 2022-2023, last date 20 Apr

An information technology services and consulting company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting hiring for MBA for the batches of 2022 & 2023.

TCS Management Hiring is the recruitment of Management Postgraduates for permitted specializations. The company has been organized for pan India candidates of 2022 & 2023 Year of Passing (YoP) for the following specializations:

  • The candidate should have a two-year full-time MBA/MMS/ PGDBA/PGDM Course with specialization in Marketing / Finance / Operations / Supply Chain Management / Information Technology / General Management / Business Analytics / Project Management or related disciplines.
  • Registration end date: 20th April 2023 (Thursday)
  • Test Date: 13th May 2023 (Saturday)
  • Test Mode: In-Center

TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring Year of Passing 2022 & 2023 Application Process

  • Step 1: Login to the TCS NextStep Portal here
  • Step 2: Register and apply for the TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring (Year of Passing 2022 & 2023)
  • Scenario A. If you are a registered user, kindly log in and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
  • Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose the category ‘IT’, and proceed to fill in your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
  • Step 3: Select your mode of test (In-Center) and choose your preferred test center & then click on Apply. Please Note, test center once chosen may not be changed.
  • Step 4: To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. Your status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’.

To know more about the hiring click here. Earlier, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Chief Human Resources officer Milind Lakkad said that TCS will be looking to hire employees impacted by layoffs.

TCS said it will hire 1.25 lakh to 1.5 lakh employees in the financial year 2023-24 (FY24). The headcount of the company was over 600,000.

This will lead to an increase in the overall utilization number before it starts going down as the over 40,000 trainees it expects to hire in FY24 start coming in.
