Sunsure Energy appoints Gurmeet Chadha as Chief People Officer

India’s premier renewable energy company, Sunsure Energy has appointed Gurmeet Chadha as chief people officer.

In this new role, she will be responsible for the entire people and culture agenda of the organisation.

Gurmeet Chadha is having international/cross-cultural work experience in Asia Pacific Region. She believes in creating HR/People focussed organizations that have a humane touch; respecting not just diversity but inclusiveness in letter and spirit.

Gurmeet Chadha is a Business-oriented human resource leader with over two decades of experience. She is shaped high-performing cultures at Fortune 500, Indian brands, and major Startups by institutionalizing progressive HR Interventions, productive communications, employer brand building, robust leadership hiring, executive coaching, leadership development interventions, employee experience programs, and succession planning. 

Prior to Sunsure Energy, she was associated with National Commodities Management Services Limited( a Fairfax Group Company) as Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she was providing strategic inputs and leadership to the various businesses of NCML in the HR space. 

Her earlier stints include working with Sembcorp Green Infra Limited, Caparo Corporate Services, and Delphi Automotive Systems (Holding), Inc.

She holds her Master’s in Business Administration from Bhartiyavidyapeeth, Pune, and completed her Bachelor of Commerce from M.C.M. DAV, Chandigarh.
