Quest Global is planning to double its workforce by hiring 10,000 employees in India within the next three to five years. It currently employs over 10,000 employees in India.

For more than 25 years, the company has strived to be the most trusted partner for the world’s hardest engineering problems.

As a global organization headquartered in Singapore, the company works in 17 countries, with 67 global delivery centers and offices, driven by over 17,500 extraordinary employees who make the impossible possible every day.

Quest Global delivers world-class end-to-end engineering solutions by leveraging deep industry knowledge and digital expertise.

By bringing together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals and their areas of expertise, the company can solve problems better, and faster.

The multi-dimensional approach enables the company to solve the most critical and large-scale challenges across the aerospace & defense, automotive, energy, hi-tech, healthcare, medical devices, rail, and semiconductor industries.

Shrikant Naik, global delivery head at Quest Global said, “Because we are in the product engineering space, we are supporting long-term development cycles.”

“For instance, if you need to develop an aircraft from scratch, it takes a minimum of five to eight years. So, it is a long cycle, and therefore customers cannot pull back on the investments very quickly,” Shrikant Naik added.

Shrikant Naik further said, “For several years, we have enjoyed steady growth. It is not a case of growth that peaks and drops very quickly.”

“It is consistent, so we are expanding quite steadily and rapidly. The Indian local market is improving and increasing significantly as well,” Shrikant Naik concluded.

The company said on its page, “We believe engineering has the unique opportunity to solve the problems of today that stand in the way of tomorrow.”

The company is also hiring for various roles to apply visit the career page to explore the opportunities. To explore more click on LinkedIn Page.
