India’s largest SaaS-based B2B fintech software company, Perfios has appointed Anu Mathew as Chief People Officer.

Anu Mathew is an experienced HR professional with a career journey of over 20 years. She has worked scaling startups and working in global organizations.
Previously she was associated with Pine Labs as Chief People Officer. In this role, she was leading People functions across geographies with 4500+ headcount.
Her earlier stints include working with QwikCilver Solutions Private Ltd, HCL Infosystems Ltd, GE Money, and GE Capital International Services.
She holds her master’s in Human Resource Management from Leeds, UK, and completed her bachelor’s degree from Jesus & Mary College Delhi University.
The company has also appointed Sumit Nigam as chief technology officer (CTO). He has over 25 years of experience in software industry. He joined the organization from bigbasket.com where he was VP & Head of Engineering.
His earlier stints include working with Walmart Global Tech India, Informatica, EMC, eBay, and TCS. He holds his B.E., Electronics and Communications from National Institute of Technology Calicut.
