Light appoints Pratik Soyantar as Chief Human Resources Officer

A leading finance company in India, Light has appointed Pratik Soyantar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Light!”

In this role, he will be responsible for People Development, Business Strategy, and Human Capital Management in the organization.

Pratik is an HR professional with vast experience in Fintech, Startup, and banking domains managing end-to-end HR.

He has nearly 18 years of experience in various HR domains including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and overall Strategic HR Business Partnering.

Prior to Light, he was associated with SMEcorner as Head of Human Resources. His earlier stints include working with Kotak Mahindra Bank, YES Bank, Videocon Industries Ltd, Eureka Forbes Ltd, and CMS Computers Limited (INDIA).

He did Master in Business Administration (HR & Marketing) from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok and completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University.
