Research & Ranking, the equity investment advisory brand under Equentis Wealth Advisory Services Limited, announced the appointment of Sanjeev Jha as Head of Human Resources.
At Research & Ranking, Sanjeev will lead strategic and people-centric initiatives. He will report to Manish Goel, Founder & Director of Research & Ranking.
In this pivotal role, Sanjeev will spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with the company’s ambition to drive high growth.

Sanjeev is a seasoned HR Leader with over 15 years of experience and a track record of fostering a transformational and diverse work environment. He joined Research & Ranking from upGrad– an Edtech giant.
His earlier stints include working with Convergys India, TCS, and GIC Power. He has an MBA in HR and an LLB from Mumbai University.
