She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “Happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President- Global Human Resources at Netradyne.”
Most Recently, Pooja was Global Vice President- Human Resources at the organization. She has been associated with Netradyne for over an year.
She is an HR Professional with over 18 years of experience cutting across the entire gamut of HR- Staffing, HR Programs, Talent Management & Engagement, Rewards, Learning Solutions, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisition, and Diversity and Inclusion.
She is extremely passionate about Diversity & Inclusion & would love to see an equal world in word & spirit.
Previously, she was associated with Schneider Electric where she had held various leadership role. Her last designation was General Manager- HR.
Pooja started her career with INTEL as India HR-Staffing / HR Programs. She holds her PGDM, HR / Finance from St. Josephs College of Business Administration (SJCBA).
