- PGDM/MSW?MBA with about 15-17 years of Exp. Professionals from any Progressive organisations capable to lead training & Development Initiatives for a large Plant.
- Plan & execute Learning & Development agenda in line with Capability requirement of the Business.
- Develop and build leadership capabilities, Mnagement & leadership development programs including executive coaching strategy and roll out learning solutions. Coaching and advising business leaders and people managers as the need arises.
