Accenture appoints Anurag Sachar as Vice President- HR

A global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security Accenture has announced the appointment of Anurag Sachar as Vice President- Human Resources.

Anurag has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Accenture!”

Anurag has over 26 years of experience in IT & ITeS bluechip organizations. He has hands-on experience in strategizing and driving various HR initiatives, processes, and programs which includes developing, managing, implementing and integrating HR programs and guidelines.

Anurag’s expertise are in planning, strategizing, and catering to resource needs across the globe. He has hands-on experience in managing the resourcing function for multiple accounts across domains & different sets of competencies concurrently. His specialties are Employee Engagement, Resource Management, Staffing, Team management, and Talent Development.

Prior to Accenture, Anurag was working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as Global Head Human Resources for the UK. He was associated with the organization for over 12 years. Previously, he was associated with Genpact, United Airlines, and Lufthansa.

Anurag is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore. He completed his bachelor’s in commerce from Delhi University.
