AHEAD elevates Mahi Rath as Senior Director – Human Resources

AHEAD has elevated Mahi Rath to Senior Director – Human Resources. Before this elevation, most recently, she was Director – Human Resources

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I am thrilled to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Director – Human Resources at AHEAD!”

“Reflecting on my journey as an employee at AHEAD in India brings back memories of the challenges and triumphs that have shaped me. Thank you to my amazing team! Onward and upward!”, she added in the post.

Mahi has been associated with AHEAD for over a year. She is a dedicated professional with over 12 years of experience in leading HR functions for global emerging technology businesses, She has focused on culture, performance, and engagement.

As a trusted member of senior leadership team, She has provided counsel, guidance, and support to all levels of management and partnered closely with global leadership to educate them on norms of employment and help them navigate cultural differences.

Previously, Mahi was associated with Rackspace Technology for over 5 years. Here, she held various leadership roles and her last designation was Senior Human Resources Manager.
