Krishna Maruti Group – SKH Metals appoints Arun Sharma as Head– HR, IR & Administration for its Kharkhoda Plant.

With over 27 years of extensive HR leadership experience, Arun brings deep expertise in Industrial Relations, Plant HR, and HR Strategy & Transformation across multiple sectors.

Extensive Experience and Background

Arun Sharma has successfully driven HR excellence across industries such as FMCG, Packaging, Engineering, Cement Sheets, Textiles, and Garments.

He has a proven record of aligning people strategy with business goals, managing complex IR landscapes, and building scalable HR frameworks for multi-plant operations.

In his illustrious career, he has led end-to-end HR operations for both greenfield and operational units, overseeing key functions including talent acquisition, policy formulation, industrial relations, performance management, learning & development, HR automation, and workforce productivity enhancement.

Known for his pragmatic and result-driven approach, Arun excels in stakeholder management, labor compliance, and fostering harmonious employee relations.

Track Record with Leading Organizations

Before joining Krishna Maruti Group – SKH Metals, Arun worked as Head – HR at Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt. Ltd., where he played a key role in strengthening HR processes and organizational culture.

Previously, He has also held leadership positions at UFLEX Group, Intex Technologies, and Aegios Polyfilms, contributing significantly to HR transformation and industrial stability.

At SKH Metals, Kharkhoda Plant, Arun Sharma is set to lead strategic HR, IR, and administrative initiatives, driving operational excellence, workforce engagement, and compliance to support the plant’s long-term growth and productivity goals.
