Ascendion Inc. a US-based software engineering company appoints Brijitha Prasanth as Head- Human Resources, India.
She has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “Thrilled to announce my new role as Head HR – People & Culture: Global Talent Centre at Ascendion!”

Brijitha has almost two decades of experience in providing strategic and operational guidance to leadership teams of small and large corporations across various sectors and geographies, cultivating positive work environments, building employee trust, and achieving results.
Her key competencies include HR business partnering, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations and automation, OD interventions, HR analytics, change management, post-M&A integration, employee engagement and retention, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding.
Brijitha’s earlier stints include working with CSC, Viteos Fund Services, BMR Advisors Pvt Ltd., and Haribhakti Group.
She holds her Master in Business Administration from MGV’s IMR, Nashik, University of Pune, and completed his Bachelor of Arts from H.P.T. Arts & R.Y.K. Science College, Nashik, University of Pune.
