Ashish has been a passionate HR Leader with over 14 years of experience in HR Function Domain leading HR for various large companies.
Prior to this, he was working with Delhivery Ltd as HR Director for its Supply Chain Vertical and was responsible for managing over 4000 on-roll and 12000 off-rolls employees.
He is also Founder and currently the National President for HR SAMPARK, a Non-Profit Trust that focuses on HR Conclaves, Knowledge Sharing, Industry-Academia Events, and CSR actions. Having a Chapter presence in Kolkata, Mumbai, and NCR.
Earlier he was associated with Compass Group leading the People Function for their Hospitality Vertical, and he worked with Reliance Retail as HRBP Lead for the JIO MART.
Previously, he has been also associated with esteemed companies Merieux Nutrisciences, Qatar Airways, and with Voltas Ltd.( A Tata Enterprise).
He started his career with IRCTC as a Supervisor in core departments of Human Resource and Hospitality and move away from Govt Service in 2010.
