Her professional journey spans diverse sectors, having worked with renowned organizations such as Big FM, upGrad Abroad, Mondelēz International, IndiGo, and Bharti Airtel.
She has successfully led initiatives across HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people development.
Ipshita holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour from Delhi University.
Ipshita’s proven track record of fostering strong work cultures and aligning people strategy with business goals makes her a valuable addition to Bal Bharti Public School’s leadership team.
