A leading global specialty manufacturer of a large portfolio of implants and surgical devices company, Biorad Medisys has announced the appointment of Indranil Sen as Group Head – HR, Administration & EDP.
Indranil Sen has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “At the advent of Christmas as we await the dawn of 2023, I am elated to announce the beginning of a purposeful association as Group Head Human Resources, Administration and EDP Biorad Medisys Pvt Ltd to build and broaden horizons across people and culture.”

Prior to Biorad Medisys, Indranil Sen was associated with Jumio Corporation as Associate Vice President- People and Culture. He has over 15 years of experience in the HR domain.
Earlier, Indranil Sen was associated with Wiggles as Head- Human Resources. In this role, he was responsible for the Human Resources function to support a start-up in Pet care, Pet healthcare, and Pet services to evolve as a Brand of Choice for consumers and employees alike.
Previously, Indranil was working with Lenskart.com as General Manager Experience Transformation Projects. In this role, he was responsible for setting up and leading the HR function for the enterprise driven by strong fundamentals of Compliance, Transformation, Automation, and Continuous Improvement.
Indranil has worked with Whirlpool Corporation, Sutherland, Fortis Healthcare, IBM Daksh, and Vertex Customer Service India Private Limited.
Indranil is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and Cornell University.
