BYJU’S appoints Suman Rudra as Vice President – HR

BYJU’S, India’s largest ed-tech company has announced the appointment of Suman Rudra as Vice President- Human Resources, effective August 2021.

Rudra has over two decades of experience in human resources with expertise in strategic HR Leadership, Strategic Business Partnership, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent Management Practices, HR Transition, Engagement in M&As, OD/Change management, and Employer Branding, etc.

Prior to joining BYJU’S, Rudra was associated with Larsen & Toubro, Heavy Civil Engineering division as Head – Talent Development and Organisation Development (OD) for close to 2 years.

And earlier to L&T he has been associated with companies like IBM India, HCL Technologies, NTPC, and Daewoo Motors.

Rudra has completed BE in Mechanical from BMS College of Engineering and holds Masters Degree in HR & OD from Delhi School of Economics.
